Photo & Media Release

1. Authorization

Unless you opt out, MLB Roofing may photograph and record video of your project before, during, and after construction, including aerial and drone imagery of the roof and exterior.

2. Permitted uses

• Our website, including galleries and project pages.
• Marketing materials, advertising, print, and email.
• Our portfolio and proposals shown to future customers.
• Internal training and quality review with our crews.
• Social media accounts operated by MLB Roofing.

3. What we never display

Regardless of authorization, MLB Roofing will never publish:

• License plates.
• House numbers and street signs that identify the address.
• Customer names.
• Any other personal information, including documents, mail, and screens.

4. Blurring and framing

We blur or crop identifying information whenever practical, frame shots to focus on the roof rather than the street, and strip GPS metadata from published images. We do not tag or disclose exact addresses.

5. Opting out

You may decline photography by checking the opt-out box on our estimate and inspection forms, or by telling us in writing at any time at mike@ncbestroofer.com or (919) 430-3446. Opting out is free, is honored immediately for future publication, and has no effect on your price, schedule, or warranty.

If you opt out after images have already been published, we will remove them from our website and our own social accounts promptly. Copies that third parties have already downloaded or reshared may be outside our control.

6. Documentation photos are always taken

Separate from marketing, MLB Roofing always takes internal documentation photos of conditions, damage, and completed work. These support your warranty, your insurance claim, and code inspections, and are never published when you have opted out.

7. No compensation

Authorization for marketing use is granted voluntarily and without compensation, royalty, or future claim, and applies to the property and completed work — not to images of people, which we do not publish without separate written permission.
