Why it matters
If an uninsured roofer's employee is hurt on your roof, or an uninsured crew damages your home, the exposure can land on you. Hiring a licensed, insured contractor is the single cheapest protection a homeowner can buy — it costs nothing extra to verify.
How to verify us
- Call (919) 430-3446 and ask for a certificate of insurance naming you as certificate holder.
- Ask for our license number — it appears on every written proposal and contract.
- Request that our carrier email the certificate to you directly, so you know it is current and unaltered.
Subcontractors
Any subcontracted crew working on your property is required to carry its own liability and workers' compensation coverage, and to work under MLB Roofing's supervision and safety standards.
