Financing Disclosure

1. Financing is provided by third parties

Any financing offered in connection with an MLB Roofing project is provided through independent third-party lending partners. Your credit application, credit agreement, and loan servicing relationship are with that lender, not with MLB Roofing.

2. Approval is not guaranteed

Approval is determined solely by the financing provider based on its own underwriting criteria. MLB Roofing cannot approve, deny, influence, expedite, or guarantee any financing decision, and cannot guarantee any particular credit limit.

3. Rates and terms vary

• Interest rates, APRs, fees, promotional periods, and repayment terms vary by lender, product, credit profile, and loan amount.
• Promotional offers such as deferred interest or reduced payments carry conditions; read the lender's disclosures carefully before signing.
• Any monthly payment figure mentioned during a sales conversation or shown on this website is an illustration only, not an offer of credit.

4. MLB Roofing is not the lender

MLB Roofing does not originate loans, does not service loans, does not collect payments on a lender's behalf, and receives no part of your interest payments. We are paid for roofing work, not for credit.

5. Your information

When you request financing, we pass your request to the lender at your direction. Sensitive underwriting information — Social Security number, income verification, and credit report data — is collected by and stays with the lender. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

6. Your obligation for the project

If financing is declined or cancelled, your obligation for work already performed under a signed contract remains. We will always discuss alternatives, including phased work or a revised scope, before proceeding.
